Michelle Mauvais Market Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years experience in financial management, and a Certified Public Accountant background, Michelle is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations for Trillium. Michelle's health care financial services experience ranges from small to medium and regional sized companies, most recently in a large specialist physician office setting. Michelle's interests and expertise also extends to non-financial areas of our company such as human resources, information technology and regulatory compliance.

Patti Mousseau, RN, BS, CCRN Chief Nursing Officer, ACU - Trillium West Valley
Patti has over 18 years of experience in health care, and a diverse background in nursing including Emergency, Trauma, ICU, Telemetry and Med Surg. Patti is a hands-on manager, working closely with her floor staff and Trillium's Medical Staff in her capacity as Chief Nursing Officer of Trillium Specialty Hospital - West Valley's Acute Care Unit ("ACU"). Prior to joining Trillium, Patti held a nursing management role with a national LTAC hospital provider and has used this experience to help build Trillium's nursing team. |

Paul Padilla, RN, RRT Director of Nursing, TCU - Trillium East Valley
Paul is responsible for all clinical functions of the Transitional Care Unit ("TCU") at Trillium Specialty Hospital - East Valley. Paul brings to this role a unique background that comprises Critical Care/ICU nursing and Respiratory Therapy. Paul has utilized his extensive skill set in the General Acute Care ICU setting and the Specialty Hospital setting. At Trillium he manages the day-to-day clinical operations of the TCU and interfaces with all other hospital departments. Paul is committed to problem solving, continuous quality improvement, team building among his staff and exceptional patient experiences. |

Tracy Chapin, RHIT Senior Director of Health Information Management
Tracy brings to Trillium a proven track record of 20 years experience in health care, specifically in the area of Health Information Management. Tracy's experience extends through Acute Care, Long Term Care and the Ambulatory setting. She has functioned in a director capacity at several acute care hospitals and operated her own consulting business providing health information consultation to various health care providers. At Trillium, Tracy oversees the Health Information functions of both Trillium hospitals and utilizes her knowledge of Federal, State, HIPAA and other applicable guidelines to assure regulatory compliance. Additionally, Tracy oversees the credentialing process for Medical Staff physicians at Trillium. |

Karly Shover Controller
Karly is deeply experienced in all areas of day-to-day inpatient financial services operations. In her Controller capacity, Karly oversees the daily financial services functions at both Trillium hospitals and pays particular focus to inter-departmental integration and complex problem resolution. Karly's interests include staff cultivation and personnel development. |
