Trillium believes the one goal nearly all patients share is the desire to get better, return home, and resume their lifestyle. As the saying goes “there’s no place like home”, and even an upscale setting like Trillium is no substitute for a successful recovery and return to independence.

Our model of care is based on establishing the patient’s own realistic objectives up front and setting these expectations as a goal toward which our inter-disciplinary team works, under the direction of the attending physician.

Trillium is not a nursing home or a residential facility, we are a Specialty Hospital and our mission is to help our patients recover after an acute episode, and go back to enjoying life!
