Staff Privileges at Trillium

Physicians are an integral part of Trillium's specialty hospital model. Our medical staff consists of a broad array of medical specialties and some of the most reputable and qualified physicians in Arizona. Trillium is always interested in welcoming new physicians to our staff.

Our four step credentialing process consists of the following:
1.  Intake of Pre-Application
2.  Completion of Credentialing form used by our contracted outside credentialing agency
3.  Medical Executive Committee action on completed credentialing file
4.  Staff appointment and granting of privileges

Temporary privileges can be arranged in special circumstances.
