Trillium announces that Centers for Medicare and Medicaid ("CMS") has on this date approved and awarded Trillium re-classification of its hospitals to Long Term Care Hospital ("LTCH") status. This award comes after successful completion of the required demonstration period during which Trillium demonstrated compliance with the admitting diagnosis and length-of-stay guidelines mandated for LTCH hospitals by Medicare. This achievement follows Trillium's construction, renovation and re-licensing activities which concluded in May 2008.
